As part of my professional activity, I deal with corporate and tax consultancy, company valuations, drafting of financial statements and business plans.
I carry out the duties of statutory auditor, auditor, director and member of Supervisory Boards in joint stock companies and cooperatives.
As part of the procedures relating to the business crisis, I play the role of Crisis Manager in over-indebtedness procedures and advisor with the task of preparing and presenting recovery plans and plans or proposals for agreements.
I also cover the role of bankruptcy trustee in various procedures at the Court of Massa.
ANDREA MOSCA
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT AND STATUTORY AUDITOR
I have been enrolled in the register of chartered accountants since 1993, and in addition to standard corporate and tax consultancy I carry out business consultant activities with particular reference to analysis of feasibility studies and assistance for new investments, to corporate restructuring, to extraordinary transactions and to the consolidation of financial positions.
I am Bankruptcy Trustee and Judicial Commissioner, as well as Technical Consultant and Expert of the Judge in criminal proceedings.
I work as statutory auditor and auditor, I am a member of Supervisory Boards and director of joint-stock companies.
During my professional activity I have gained twenty years of experience in the naval sector (shipbuilding and shipowning).
NICCOLO' ROSSI
CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT
I mainly deal with corporate, accounting and tax consultancy, company valuations, drafting of business plans and succession.
In the context of over-indebtedness procedures (Law no. 3 of 27 January 2012) I perform the function of both crisis manager and advisor in the presentation of consumer plans, crisis settlement agreements and liquidation of assets.
In the context of insolvency, I carry out the activity of bankruptcy trustee and commissioner.
